– The guarantee entitles the student for full refund of course fee if the student is not satisfied with the services provided by Cetking Education Pvt Ltd as a part of the classroom program enrolled for.
– The Refund should be requested within first 1 scheduled classroom sessions.
– This Guarantee is valid for ALL classroom programs (for CAT/ CET/ CMAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ BBA/ CLAT/ SAT/ Bank PO) provided by Cetking education.
– The student is required to fill the “Refund Request” form completely to claim refund of fees. The form is available at your nearest centre.
– The form has to be submitted at the cetking centre where the student is enrolled along with the entire set of Study Material provided to the student, failing which the refund will NOT be processed.
– The student has to provide a copy of the “Cetking Guarantee” certificate along with the refund application. The “Cetking Guarantee” Certificate is provided to you at the time of your enrolment.
– The entire fee after verification of documents will be refunded to the student’s account within a period of 15 days from the date of submitting the “Refund Request” form.
– This is valid in Cetking classroom mumbai centres ONLY.
Free Repeat Coaching
– The student is entitled to FREE repeat coaching for the next academic cycle in case the student does not get an admit into the institute of his/her choice or among any reputed newspaper / magazine ranking list of top 50 BSchools in India. Repeat coaching is for students who paid full fees 50000 classroom 2018 batch and 45000 for 2017 batch.
– This is applicable ONLY to students who have enrolled for Classroom programs and has no outstanding payment towards program fee.
– The repeat coaching will be provided for the same program as enrolled for in the previous year.
– The student has to provide a copy of the “Cetking Guarantee” certificate to claim this benefit. Further, the student must also submit photocopies of the Test Admit Card(s), Test Score Card(s) and Institute Application form(s) to avail this facility.
– This is valid in Cetking classroom mumbai centres ONLY and administration fees will be deducted from the fees which will be decided by the cetking team. So out of 100% some deduction will be there.
No coaching classes can claim guaranteed admission into any top colleges. However with hardwork and right mentorship students can reach top colleges.

– Guarantee is applicable if student maintains attendance of 80% at Cetking classes at his centre
– Gurantee admission into top 50 of the Top B Schools according to the ranking lists published by reputed newspapers and magazines on Top 50 BSchools in India.
For all products that are bought and/or paid for on this site, the following policy is applicable for refund of the fee that you pay for the product/service. This refund policy is applicable ONLY for products/services purchased online on cetking.com and NOT for any classroom programmes or correspondence courses or test series or web-based products for which the fee payment has been made at any Cetking office.
You can request for a refund of any fees paid you subject to the following:
For products/services that require us to despatch courseware to you, communication of your confirmed intent to cancel your subscription must reach us before the first set of courseware is despatched from us.
For products/services that only offer on-line access, communication of your intent to cancel must reach us before your first use of or access to the said product/service. For products that involve tests to be taken by you (whether online tests or paper-and-pencil tests), communication of your confirmed intent to cancel your subscription must reach us before you take even one such test or before you collect from us the first test paper or before the first test paper is despatched by us to you. In all cases where you make a refund request, the request has to come to us in the form of an email sent by you from the SAME email address which was submitted by you to us at the time of registration for the product/service on email@example.com within 24 hours of buying the program.
If your refund request satisfies the above terms, the amount (after deduction of all applicable taxes and levies) would be refunded after deducting an administrative charge of Rs.150/- or 10% of the order value, whichever is higher. If the amount for the product/service was originally paid by you through credit card, the refund amount would be debited back to the credit card account that was used to make the original purchase. If the amount for the product/service was originally paid by you in the form of a Demand Draft or a payable-at-par cheque, the refund amount would be sent to you in the form of a Demand Draft or payable-at-par cheque made in the name of the person registering for the product/service and sent to the address given by you to us at the time of registration for the product/service. If such communication is received by us after the first set of material has been despatched(for products/ services that require us to despatch material to you) or if you have accessed any part of the services on-line (for products /services that only offer on-line access), no refund would be allowed. All communication in this regard should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The processing will normally take five working days and the amount(s) will be refunded within 30 working days after that.
