……………XLRI GD PI Experiences…………..
1. XLRI GD PI – 98.42

Three interviewer out of them one lady ( quiet silent )

P1 ( person with smile on his face from beginning to end )
P2 ( Person sitting in between )
P3 ( the lady )

so my interview was like this……………

P1 – so your name is Rajender or Rajendra ?
Me – Sir it is Rajender.
P1 – Is there any difference between Rajender and Rajendra ?
Me – Sir, by meaning there is no difference.
P1 – so How come you decided it is Rajender ?
Me – Parents keep it and in school teachers told the spelling as Rajender so I started using this as my name instead of Rajendra ( ideally in Hindu culture the name is rajendra )
P3 – So what are your views about reservation ?
Me – I told about the intentions for giving reservation at the time of independence and now there should be changes in parameters on the basis of which the reservation is given. Told why it is not happening ( mainly mentioned about the political reasons )
P1 – So where are you from ?
Me – currently working in Mumbai and basically from Haryana.
P1- So you did your engineering from chotu ram college ?
Me – yes sir
P1 – who was chotu ram ?
Me – Told about his party in Punjab and his movements for peasants
P1- Ok, so tell me some political parties which are mainly working for peasants ?
Me – told CPI
P1 – any other from Haryana, Punjab , UP ?
Me – no idea sir
P1 – think and tell
me – no idea sir
P2 – so what are your views about politics in UP ?
Me – told about the cast based politics over there.
P2 – so according to you who is going to win ?
Me – ( why are they entering in politics ) told no party will win with majority and gave reasons why
P3 – So according to you who should win ?
me – if I have to give vote then I will go for the last option “no eligible candidate” ( as I know there is one option, if you don’t want to vote you can go for that )
P3 – No, I am asking if we consider the political stability then who should win?
Me – I think congress should win
P2 – why you want to do MBA ?
Me – told about my plans
P2- How could it help you in achieving this ?
me – told something
Then P3 asked both if they have any other questions, they said no
P2 – ok rajender, you are very clear about your goals, this is good
me – thank you sir

I am having double feeling after the interview ( Happens after every interview ) is it good or they just don’t want to take me.

They didn’t ask me anything from my work ex or academics. But they asked about all this to the people who gave interview before me.

I am confused, how they judge people taking there interview totally different

ATB to others….

Verdict – Converted

Anyways, I believe making it to XL is a bit difficult at my XAT score and based on my PI performance. Throughout the interview I felt as if they had already decided to reject me and were just toying with me.
