Students quality.. now I can say if you want to see impressive crowd in MBA go to Symbi or NMIMS.. just sit in the canteen and you will know what I am talking about. With strict high entry level barrier in nmat scores to case study approach in gdpi phase, NMIMS ensures they get best of the crowd coming to them.
Placements.. yes 500 intake is daunting and i can understand the stress my friend is going through.. he manages the placements at NMIMS.. but I can say the top 50% of the batch ie 250 of you who will convert, will get placements at par with other top colleges. Barring a few top premium companies at JBIMS, FMS, IIM Lucknow and other top colleges.. most of them are coming to nmims..
Today education comes at a price.. MBA being a course on capital economy it’s not sponsored by government so the fees is high.. most of the top college in India fees is 15 lacs plus.. so can’t complain NMIMS also charging the premium.
Only negative I could find at NMIMS today is the intake of 500 which makes it difficult for students with average communication skills feeling the heat in placements. And second being the coffee.. being a coffee lover I didn’t find the coffee that impressive at the world class canteen..
Definately top 15 B schools in India…
