How IBPS screwed up Mah CET students

History MBA CET 2015 paper was messed up by DTE. It was extremely easy paper with jbims cutoffs touching 165 marks. One of the question was this: Find the odd man out? A. Bheem B. Arjun C. Nakul D. Sukhdev. Yes yes correct answer is Sukhdev and don’t this kinda ques will not be repeated again.. Adding to the chaos was the mistakes.. There were 20 questions wrong in the paper and still cutoff is 165 just imagine! Students went to court and CET process was stayed by court. DTE correction step – worried about their image DTE went ahead and outsourced the paper to IBPS. IBPS Introduction IBPS conducts more than 500 exams every year and taken by almost 1.5 Cr students. So they had the capacity and potential to conduct the CET exam glitch free and free up resource and time for DTE to focus on their core ie technical education (mainly engineering exam) IBPS being another government style organisation just simply implemented or copy pasted ibps and sbi paper into CET rather than creating a new paper. So students got screwed!! IBPS exam for PO is given by 29 lac students. So level of difficulty is kept high which is understood. So expect a tough paper in CET as well. Cutoff dropped frm 165 in 2015 to 123 in 2017. 42 marks drop was huge. Therefore at Cetking we changed all our mocks, lectures and books to reflect all the changes which are introduced in CET 2017.
