Based on history quant and verbal section will be easy but tricky while DI LR will be lengthy and difficult to comprehend.As quant section will be easy, candidates with weak quant area can grade up their CAT scores. As per previous years’ trend, it is likely that the official announcement of CAT 2017 will be made in the last Sunday of July 2017 and the CAT application process will commence from first week of August. But reading comprehension will only be based vocab. Understanding RC is must. And for understanding RC demands good Vocab. Reading and solving Rc is the best way to improve vocab. Develop a habit of reading..it may be books, newspapers, magazines, etc. Only solving the RC exercises won’t help. Reading a lot will help u understand usage of new words.  CAT 2017 Expected Timeline: Let us take a look at the expected timeline of the exam. It is expected that IIM Lucknow will release the pertinent information about the test such as Convenor name, exam pattern and timeline by the second week of July, 2017.
