10 ways to Celebrate new year if not partying out

If you are preparing for mba exams and labelled as boring by your party animal friends… We get that boozing and partying is not your ‘thing’ on New Year’s Eve. But that does not mean that you’re ‘boring’. So what if you have better plans than stepping out and bringing in the New Year by passing out on the dance floor? It only implies that you enjoy your own company and don’t feel the need for celebrating a date with people who hardly matter. You’re not the only one. There are plenty who have different kinds of plans for New Years, so here’s a guide! 1. Cook Take up a cooking challenge and preimages(6)pare a three-course meal for yourself. Get a wine bottle and relish the dishes made of your own culinary skills.   2. Sitcom marathon Download or get the episodes of a sitcom you’ve wanted to watch and binge watch it till midnight. If it gets you hooked, then continue watching it until you fall asleep. 3. Treat yourself Recreation gave us an important message about treating yourself. This could be anything from shopping to getting an expensive spa treatment. At the end of the day, you need to feel as fresh and rejuvenated as a little puppy to welcome the new year 4. Read Nothing like a good book, your bed and a hot cup of coffee. Celebrate the New Year by literally turning a new page. 5. Do some hardcore workout Go for a rigid workout session. It will calm you down and will give you a good night’s sleep. 6. Go on a cleaning spree People with OCD would love to go on a full-fledged cleaning spree. Fixing up your messed up wardrobe, bedroom and desk will make you get rid of old things, and will help you start the new year on a new note. 7. Dance alone If you’re too shy to shake a leg in front of an audience, then dance alone in your room with no one to bother you. I cannot even begin to tell you how therapeutic this is! 8. Write If you love, writing then put down your thoughts on paper. Contemplate on the mistakes you made last year and chalk out a better plan for 2016. 9. Treat it as just another night If you feel that 31st December is just another day, then carry on with your usual routine without thinking twice. 10. Sleep Sleep extra hours and wake up with full energy to take on the first day of the new year. Whatever you do.. just don’t study and consider this to be just like any other day.
