Communication, language skills and understanding the exact meaning of communication have become very important part of today’s world, especially in management. VA has not become integral part of only management but also across disciplines and professions. VA may seem little difficult but if you see, it might appear that sailing through the Verbal Ability section would be easy since it comprises questions which we are used to encounter from our school days. We just have to improve our ability to crack VA easily by working continuously on our language skills. Continuous work on VA is best way and the stakes are raised.

- INTEREST IS THE KEY: –
Have you observed one thing that we learn a thing easily which we do with interest? We easily learn film songs and other things because we have interest in them, likewise when we have deep interest in language our Verbal Ability improves tremendously. Every task becomes easier if aspirants develop an interest in learning the language and mastering it. Constant effort and practice are the best to be efficient in language. So, find a way by which you can develop interest.
2. VOCABULARY: –
An aspirant must build his vocabulary section to ace the Verbal Ability section. Words are integral part of VA as a lot of questions are built around words and we should get acquainted with a wide range of words. Wide range of words are inevitable part of preparing for the VA. As far as sources are concerned, you can increase your vocabulary by reading newspapers, especially its editorials, magazines, and motivational books.
3. READ EXTENSIVELY: –
If you want to be better quipped, you should deal with questions related to the language.
Extensive reading helps in improving language skills because through extensive reading, you encounter the various ways in which language can be used along new words, idioms nouns, phrases, expression, and other things. So read extensively.
4. SPECIAL AREA OF GRAMMMER: –
As language is like an ocean so it might not be possible to cover all the areas of language therefore, we should focus on key areas of grammar. Key areas may include synonyms, antonyms, idioms, nouns, connectors, adverbs, prepositive, articles, adjectives, determiners, clauses, and synthesis of sentences. It will help to master the language thoroughly, particularly for those who don’t have enough time to learn. And it is the best way to brush up your existing knowledge.
5. PRACTICE IS THE REAL KEY: –
Practice is the real key. If you don’t practice regularly and steadily, nothing can help you. So, practice is the most important key and you must implement whatever you learn. Practice is the only way to retain words and language for longer periods. Utilise those words in your, daily practice. Practice takes those words from short term memory to long term memory and when these words reach in LTM, we don’t need to revise them regularly. Practice more and more questions and this way it will be easy for you to retain grammar rules. We must make a conscious effort to make them a part of your day-to-day conversations.
So, learn new words by reading extensively and then use them in your daily conversations. We must remember that PRACTICE MAKES A PERSON PERFECT.
