Detailed Process for CAT 2016 Registration Registration process for CAT 2016 has not yet started. It is going to get start in the month of August 2016. Registration process of CAT 2016 is an online process which is available only on the official website of CAT 2016. The exact registration date of CAT 2016 hasn’t been announced yet, but as soon as it gets announced it is going to be updated on our page to inform you.   Obviously online registration is the very first and important stage for any entrance exam. If a candidate fails to do online registration properly, the candidate’s application can be cancelled by the authorities’ people at the time of screening. So, all candidates are advised to be very attentive while filling up the application form. Candidate should fill all the valid and true details which is very important.   Login to the official website page of CAT 2016, fill the important details in the application form and decide and pick any 3 cities of your choice as your exam center. You will be allotted any one of your chosen centers as soon as the registration date comes to an end. The CAT 2016 admit card will be sent through the official website and candidates can download their admit card after the official issued date to till the date of exam.   Necessary documents required before CAT 2106 registration:  

1. All previous educational documents from class X to Graduation Degree certificate.
2. A valid and working E-mail Id and Phone Number.
3. If has any Work Experience then related Documents.
4. Scanned photocopy of your recent photograph and signature.
5. Name of decided preferred exam centers.
6. Names of your decided IIM program to which you wish to apply.

  For CAT 2016 registration, here is the complete process for CAT 2016 online application below:  

1. First visit the CAT  2016 official website i.e. iimcat.ac.in
2. Search for the link of CAT 2016 application form and click that.
3. Now you supposed to add few relevant details about yourself to register yourself.
4. After providing the details, you will be provided with one generated registration id and password. Candidate should save that ID and password to fill up the application form.
5. Now upload scanned form of your signature, photograph and necessary documents.
6. Finally you are ready to submit the application fee

  CAT 2016 Application fee

1. General and Non reserved category candidates registration fee is Rs.1600/.
2. SC/ST/other reserved category or person with Disability’s application fee is Rs.800/.
