Articles 14, 15, and 16 guarantee equality before the law and prohibit discrimination. However, true empowerment requires a shift in societal attitudes, including eliminating the stigma associated with divorce and ensuring equal pay for equal work. By fostering a secure environment and promoting higher education, society can move toward a more inclusive and prosperous future.
